What is your return policy?

Please provide your order number in the subject line.
  • Returns are accepted up until 15 days after delivery date.
  • All returns will be issued in the form of store credit.
  • Customer must pay for return shipping.
  • Items must be returned in the condition in which they were received, with all tags attached. They must be unwashed, unworn, and free of odors, pet hair & stains.
  • Sale items are final sale and can not be returned. 

How long does it take to ship my order?

We pride ourselves on trying to ship as soon as possible! All orders will be shipped 2-3 business days after your order is placed. If you ever need an item sooner please reach out before placing your order. We usually can accommodate. 

How much is shipping? 

We have a $5 flat rate and free shipping over $75 for our US customers. 

Where are you located? 

We are an online brand. We are local to St. Louis, Mo but are primarily online. We offer local pick up for our STL customers. 

Do you guys do pop up events? 

YES! We are always doing pop ups around the STL area. Follow us on IG @shophazelandpoppy to stay up to date on upcoming pop up events!
