Shipping Time

We pride ourselves on trying to ship as soon as possible! All orders will be shipped 2-3 business days after your order is placed. If you ever need an item sooner please reach out before placing your order. We usually can accommodate. 

Shipping Rates 

Free shipping on US orders $100+

All other orders are calculated based off the exact weight to ensure your paying exactly what we are charged. No fluff. 

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items during transit. Once packages are dropped off at the designated shipping service, they are out of our control. Please contact the designated shipping service based off of your tracking number. 

Local Pick Up

We offer local pick-up for our STL customers at Metro Med Spa.12608 Lamplighter Square Shopping Center, St. Louis, MO 63128. Pick-ups take 2-3 business days to process and you will receive an email once able to pick up. Pick-up hours are Monday-Friday.
